Services Overview

I am qualified as a mental health nurse (BSc Hons) in 2012 and as an integrative counsellor in 2020. I am registered with the National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society and The Nursing and Midwifery Council.

Practitioner Profile

I have worked with both adults and young people since 2012 and I specialise in supporting people who have experienced trauma and/or who have eating disorders or a difficult relationship with food and their body. I work in a person centred, trauma informed way and can draw on a range of approaches to suit individual needs. I am also a Senior Lecturer for student mental health nurses at a local university. I offer both face to face (in Chepstow) and online counselling sessions. I now also offer ADHD Coaching to adults. I have completed additional training in this area and have personal experience of ADHD.
