Services Overview

The Bowen Technique is a complementary physical therapy for relief from pain which uses gentle but firm rolling moves made over soft tissue. I offer treatments at Newent Osteopaths, The Apothecary Shop in Ledbury and from Studio No.3 in Cinderford. Treatments are tailored to the individual. I am also qualified to prescribe specific exercises and stretches depending on your needs.

In addition, I have a mobile Canine Bowen Therapy service, or Bowen treatments for dogs at K9 Raw in Cinderford

Practitioner Profile

I first experienced the Bowen Technique for myself while recovering from a c-section and I was amazed how such a subtle hands on therapy could achieve such great results.  I continue to be amazed at the results I see in my clients,  both 2 legged & 4 legged, and at how a wide range of issues can improve considerably within a few sessions.  I am particularly interested in helping restore functional movement to improve quality of life for my clients.
