I want to help as many people as possible live happier, healthier, more productive lives.

All of my services have therapeutic qualities that can benefit you on a physical, mental and emotional level.

The pace of life is so fast today, and we have so many demands on our time, that it can be easy for things to pile up. Changes to our lifestyles mean we’re living longer and many of us are managing chronic conditions. The NHS is facing unprecedented demands on its services.

A holistic view to health has been shown to expedite recovery and in many cases provide relief where none has been found before. Long term improvements are also more likely when conditions are tackled from a number of different angles.

As a reiki practitioner and intuitive masseuse, I help my clients to relax and unwind, physically, mentally and emotionally. I also offer life coaching, stress management coaching and personal tuition in meditation and mindfulness, alongside relationship coaching and mediation.

I offer sessions from 30 minutes to 3 hours in length (and everything in between). You can opt for a luxurious top-to-toe intuitive massage, or a combination of services for longer sessions.

Alternatively you can come on retreat, and stay in the healing room in my mindfulness garden, for anything from a full day to up to 2 days 2 nights, and have a number of separate sessions during your visit, all tailored to you.

Practitioner Profile

We all need a little help sometimes

Sometimes we need a little help to feel healthy and well. To cope with what life asks of us. To find our balance so we feel refreshed and full of energy again.

After graduating with a 1st class degree in Psychology, I spent 20 years working for businesses including BT, Siemens and Cisco.  In my last major role I managed three departments and 18 people. Prior to that I was head of global sales and marketing for a leading veterinary sciences company.

Naturally, after that long in the corporate world, I have experienced my fair share of work related stress. I’ve also managed people who were experiencing stress in both their work and home lives. I’ve seen at first hand the impact stress can have on people’s health, their enjoyment of life and their performance at work.

And I also know firsthand how invaluable health and wellbeing services and practitioners can be in times of crisis.

I feel honoured and privileged to now be in this line of work myself, and to be passing on effective tools and techniques I have learnt, and still use, for managing stress and ‘coping’ in our increasingly chaotic world.  I have been a reiki practitioner for 10 years, but more recently trained in bodywork as I find massage incredibly helpful personally – on all levels – and wanted to offer it to my regular clients.

I really enjoy working with people over time.  Combining my professional and personal coaching skills with body and energy work enables me to work with regular clients from a number of different angles.

But I also love meeting some of the many visitors to the Forest of Dean, and providing a unique holiday experience – such as combined reiki / massage, a 3 hour top to toe massage, or meditation coaching and mindfulness walks – and even host mini retreats here, for one or two people for up to 2 nights.

I love living and working in the ‘magical’ Forest of Dean.  It’s an incredibly beautiful place.

And I also love being part of the Forest Wellbeing network, and am also a member of the Spiritual Worker’s Association.
